And the weather might be getting to me. Don’t feel at my normal energy level. 
Just watched the season finale of the new “Doctor Who” series. I’m gonna miss Christopher Eccleston, but seeing half the episodes of this season has me hooked, so I’ll tune in for the second and see what happens. Anyway, that was a great way to end Season One. 
All right, that’s all I have in me today. Maybe I’ll be back on Friday, amidst my last-minute vacation prep.
I refuse to go outside right now. It’s too hot and humid!
Okay, so I’d go out the door if I needed to, but I’m lucky to have a list of indoor activities for today. I’ll see about going for a walk before dark, hopefully at a more comfortable temperature.
My suitcase is stuffed for my trip this weekend, though I’ll check it again on Thursday evening or Friday to see if I need absolutely everything in it. I’d rather be known as a woman who can pack light, but I have some great clothes I want to wear in the next two weeks! 
All right, back to “A Treasure Deep” by Alton Gansky. I keep forgetting I have this novel and that’s no way to get sucked into the plot, is it?
I’m temporarily exhausted, but I survived a busy Sunday at work. Now I’m sipping Vanilla Coke and wondering what to do with myself. I think a computer game or two is in order, maybe an episode of “Star Trek” before I catch “Doctor Who” on CBC. (I came in at episode seven, so I need to fill in the gaps in my knowledge of the new Doctor and his adventures. It’ll need a lot longer to learn about all the previous Doctors…)

One more shift at work and I’m free for a day! I’ve started to make a list of things I need to accomplish this week in order to be prepared to go on my vacation, so I’ll take care of most of them on Monday and spread the remainder throughout the week.
On my playlist when I wasn’t at work: “Songs from Instant Star” with the talented Alexz Johnson, “Destiny Fulfilled” by Destiny’s Child, and Dido (again). At work, the radio station we tune into (presumably satellite) has added two Jennifer Lopez songs from “Rebirth” and Rob Thomas’ “Lonely No More” to the mix. Thank goodness ’cause I’m gonna go crazy hearing the same tunes over and over…

Not much going on here today. Got some cleaning done, watched last night’s “Doctor Who” episode, played Crack Attack a bit… Pretty much a lazy day, even with the chores. Good to have those every so often.
It was quite cloudy this morning but now the sky is blue and the sun’s come out to play. I think I should, too! See you around!
