Just saw a Picard fan’s response:

Well, not so random when you know that I listen to Boney M’s Christmas album each holiday season and that tends to lead to Boney M Gold as well. (I have a CD of the Christmas songs, but haven’t yet chucked the audiotape that was made with both records…)

Unless I think of something witty or want to share YouTube videos, there’s a good chance my next post will be as a mother of two!

In the meantime, this mother of one needs to make breakfast for herself and wash dishes. Then she can finish a playlist of soothing music in case it’s needed during labour or the rest of the hospital stay.

Didn’t mean to be away this long. I was busy packing for a new house, which we’ve been in for a week. Still have organising to do, but the place isn’t in chaos and that’s what counts.

Only three weeks till my due date, so I’d like to plan some meals to freeze and then get cooking! (Baking would be nice as well, but my sweet tooth doesn’t need to be obeyed too often.) Hope I find time and energy for that so it’s not hard to eat nutritiously while we’re adjusting to a newborn in the house.
